Getting stuck in

Malcolm

Another group of would-be modellers discovered the excitement of plastic kit building at this year's Airfix-backed Make and Paint session.

Two enthusiastic groups, one in the morning and another in the afternoon, were at The Wing to try their hands, some for the first time, at assembling a model aircraft or first world war tank.

The well-attended sessions, supported by a few experienced modellers, proved a great success, with young and old turning out some impressive scale models from Airfix' starter kit range.

Participants, ranging from youngsters to grandparents, were able to choose from a Sopwith Camel, Fokker DR1, Foland Gnat or a slightly more tricky British male tank - and no-one went home empty handed.

The event was organised to raise money for the charity and followed a similar Make and Paint day last year. Look out for the next one!

Priority is given to supporting the development of the education sector in these countries. They invest in the future of the children, meaning they have a very far-sighted Geometry Dash and broad vision.
